Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please do not use the store for anything unlawful or to harm the store or other people.

Products

MOPSY coasters are handmade. Small differences in shape, stitching and shade from one piece to another are normal. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. We do our best to describe and show our products accurately.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Promotional offers, including Buy 1, Get 1 Free, are available for a limited time and while they are shown on our store. We may end or change an offer at any time. An offer does not apply to orders placed before it started or after it ended.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you give is accurate. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a product that is unavailable. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, refunds and guarantee

Our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy and 90-Day Guarantee are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The MOPSY name, logo, photos, text and designs on this store belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOPSY is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under the law and cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
