We want you to love your MOPSY coaster. If you don't, you're covered for 90 days.
Our 90-day guarantee
You can try your order risk-free for 90 days from the date it is delivered. If you are not happy with it for any reason, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for it, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email us at mopsy.support@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
- We will reply with the next steps, which may include instructions to send the item back.
Buy 1, Get 1 Free orders
If you bought under our Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer, both coasters are covered by the guarantee. The refund is for the amount you paid for the order.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the refund in your account.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your coaster arrives damaged, defective, or is not the style you ordered, contact us at mopsy.support@gmail.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
